Welcome to the Ottawa Capitals Elite Summer Series! This exciting program is designed for girls born between 2008 - 2014 who are looking to take their basketball skills to the next level. With the guidance of university-level coaches, participants will receive top-notch training to help them improve their game and reach their full potential on the court.
Throughout July and August, girls in the Summer Series will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of their game, from shooting and ball handling to defense and conditioning. The focus will be on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, all while having fun and building confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment.

The Summer Series sessions are:
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays

July 7th to August 19th, 2026

Registration for the Summer Series is now full.
Players registering will be put on the waitlist and should a spot becomes available, you will be sent an email invitation to complete the registration.
