At Ottawa Capitals, we are committed to equipping our athletes with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed—both on and off the court. Our experienced coaching staff is dedicated to helping each player reach their full potential through high-level training, purposeful development, and strategic game preparation.

Beyond training, we provide meaningful exposure opportunities, connecting our athletes with college scouts and recruiters so they can showcase their abilities and pursue the next level in their basketball journey.

Ottawa Capitals teams compete in the prestigious JUEL of Ontario League, traveling across the province for select league weekends to face top competition. Athletes also have the opportunity to take part in special experiences such as the Women’s Cancer Awareness Weekend, international travel to Antigua, where sport meets culture, and memorable league events, including awards recognition and banquets.

At Ottawa Capitals, players elevate their game, compete at an elite level, and experience the reward of their hard work. We are proud to be part of each athlete’s journey and look forward to helping our players achieve their basketball goals. Ottawa Capitals welcomes players from Ontario and Quebec to try out for our teams.

Ottawa Capitals Prep and Ottawa Capitals JUEL teams' seasons feature intense competition with multiple games per weekend, culminating in the exciting League Tournmant and All Star Games.
The JUEL season typically consists of 3 preseason games, 22 regular season league games over 9 weekends and the League Tournament.
The JUEL Prep season typically consists of 3 preseason games, 19 regular season games over 9 weekends and the League Tournament.
The JUEL Academy season typically consists of 22 regular season games and the League Tournament.
Various JUEL League teams host league weekends  throughout the season, including the Ottawa Capitals.
