Patrick Fleming was a three-sport athlete growing up, competing in football, baseball, and basketball. At 18, he represented Team Canada at the Big League Baseball World Series before earning a football scholarship to Bowling Green State University.
During his athletic career, Patrick was coached by several elite leaders, including Hall of Fame coach Urban Meyer at Bowling Green and Hall of Famer Ron Lancaster during his five seasons in the CFL. These experiences helped shape his coaching philosophy and reinforced the importance of preparation, accountability, discipline, and teamwork.
Since 2019, Patrick has dedicated himself to coaching basketball, continually expanding his knowledge of the game and refining his approach. Known for his thorough preparation and strong commitment to his players and teams, he is passionate about competition and creating an environment where athletes can thrive.
Patrick believes in building a culture rooted in hard work, continuous improvement, accountability, and personal growth, helping players reach their full potential both on and off the court.
